| Dixie was our agent when we moved to Florida and a year and a half later, when we decided to move to GA, we immediately contacted Dixie. ..she prepared a thorough selling package, a list of ideas to enhance our home, the recommended price, etc.... was very thorough in advertising our upgrades, beautiful color brochures and all the amenities. ...it sold within a week. Although we were out of town on a holiday weekend when an offer was made, Dixie made the negotiation process easy and made herself available at all times. She was very quick to respond to us with issues or changes from the buyers, which was greatly appreciated, since last minute changes can create stress. .....and we will miss her as we move to Georgia. | ||
